[Structure] General formula [Chemical formula 1] [In the formula, A is a D-acidic-α-amino acid residue, and B is a D-neutral- α-amino acid residue, C is L-α-amino acid residue, D is a D-α-amino acid residue having an aromatic ring group, R 1 is a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted amino group, R 2 is a carboxyl group which may be amidated or esterified, m and n each represent 1 or 2] or a salt thereof. [Effect] It has a remarkable endothelin receptor antagonistic action, and is useful as a drug such as a therapeutic agent for hypertension, a therapeutic agent for cardio-cerebral circulation disease, a therapeutic agent for renal disease and the like. |
