(57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method for producing polyurethane foam in which the foaming mixture does not permeate the outer layer during in-situ pouring. [Structure] A reactive fluid intermediate substance comprising a polyether polyol, a hydrophilic polyhydric alcohol substance in a specific ratio, water, an organic polyisocyanate, a catalyst, and a silicon stabilizer is injected into the mold inner and outer layers to cause reactive foaming. [Effect] It is possible to manufacture an in-situ composite article having a short take-out time, a light weight, a low density and a high stability. |
