abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Structure] A melt mixture containing polyolefin; and a diluent comprising soybean oil, linoleic acid or oleic acid, or a mixture of linoleic acid and palmitic acid is molded and cooled, and then an extraction solvent is used. A method of producing a flat plate-type or hollow fiber-type porous polyolefin separation membrane, which comprises extracting a diluent with a solvent and then removing the remaining diluent and an extraction solvent by evaporation. [Effect] Porous polyolefin separation membranes having various structures can be manufactured industrially with good controllability. The porosity of the separation membrane can be improved by selecting various conditions or adding a re-stretching step. Also, the porous separation membrane can be re-stretched to improve the porosity of the separation membrane. |
