abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A heterologous protein can be efficiently produced and a plurality of nutrients can be obtained by conjugating a yeast strain that efficiently produces a heterologous protein with a yeast strain that has a plurality of auxotrophic mutation markers. A yeast strain having a required mutation marker. [Effect] The present invention provides a yeast strain which itself has a high ability to produce a heterologous protein and which has a large number of auxotrophic marker mutations. This strain is useful as a starting material for further increasing the productivity.
