(57) [Summary] [Structure] A method for cultivating fish, which comprises administering ractopamine or a physiologically acceptable salt to the fish in aquaculture. Also provided is a fish feed containing ractopamine or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, preferably in a concentration of 5 to 20 ppm. [Effects] The method of the present invention and the use of fish feed can provide effects such as increased feed efficiency and improved meat quality. |
