[Chemical 1] (In the formula, the anomeric substituent is either alpha or beta, and R1 and R2 are linear or branched acyl groups having a prime number of 2 to 8.) [Effect] A small amount of the compound of the present invention is added to cut tobacco. By doing so, it is possible to easily impart or enhance the excellent flavor and taste of the cigarette.
