abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for easily and efficiently producing 1α, 25-dihydroxycholecalciferol having vitamin D activity. [Structure] A compound 6 having a fragment corresponding to the A ring portion represented by the following general formula and a compound 9 having a fragment corresponding to the CD ring portion are reacted in the presence of an organolithium compound, treated with a reducing agent, and then continued. And removing the protective group of the hydroxyl group to produce the desired 1α, 25-dihydroxycholecalciferol. [Chemical 1] (In the formula, R 2 and R 3 represent a hydroxyl-protecting group, and Ph represents a phenyl group.) |
