titleOfInvention Multilayer inductor
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To improve the Q by reducing the flux that crosses the conductor pattern. A flux that traverses a conductor pattern is reduced by the width and spacing of the conductor pattern of a laminated inductor having a conductor pattern that circulates in a non-magnetic body. The width of the conductor pattern is in the range of 70 to 180 μm, and the distance between the conductor patterns in the stacking direction is in the range of 20 to 100 μm. Q increases as the distance between the conductor patterns increases. 【effect】
