In the composite fabric, about 70 weight percent or more of the pulp fibers are hydraulically entangled with the continuous filament support. This high pulp content composite nonwoven can be used as a durable wipe, or as a fluid dispersion material, cover material, and / or absorbent material in absorbent nursing products. Also disclosed is a method of making a nonwoven composite fabric with a high pulp content.
