(57) [Summary] [Structure] A. The reaction product of the epoxy resin and the unsaturated monocarboxylic acid has at least 2 isocyanate groups in the molecule. UV-curable resin obtained by reacting an isocyanate compound having 1 unit and a saturated or unsaturated polybasic acid anhydride, B. A photopolymerization initiator, C.I. Diluent and D.I. A liquid resist ink composition containing a thermosetting epoxy compound and developable with a dilute aqueous alkali solution. [Effect] It has excellent electrical properties such as resolution, solvent resistance and plating resistance, and shows excellent heat resistance and electrolytic corrosion resistance while maintaining good substrate adhesion, which is an advantage of isocyanate derivatives. Moreover, since the film characteristics are excellent after the pre-cure, the contact exposure of the pattern can be easily performed. |
