titleOfInvention Rigid polyurethane foam
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Objective] Low boiling point alternative blowing agent monochlorodifluoromethane (HCFC-22), 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (HFC-134a), 1,1-difluoroethane (HFC-152a) , 1,1-difluoroethane (HFC-142b) is used to obtain a lightweight product having excellent foam insulation performance and uniformity. [Structure] A mixture of hydrochlorofluorocarbon having a boiling point of 20 ° C or higher as an essential component, selected from a group of hydrochlorofluorocarbon having a boiling point of 20 ° C or higher, hydrochlorofluorocarbon having a boiling point of -20 ° C or lower, and hydrofluorocarbon having a boiling point of -5 ° C or lower. Used as a foaming agent. [Effect] The heat insulation performance and the uniformity of the foam are superior to the rigid polyurethane foam obtained by the formulation in which HCFC-123 or HCFC-141b is used alone as the foaming agent.
