| abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To assist the organizer in the progress of the teleconference in the form of information that displays important operations performed by the terminal. [Structure] The teleconferencing system includes terminals connected to a telephone network by telephone lines belonging to participant telephone devices. A console connected to the telephone equipment of one participant acting as the organizer assists the organizer by representing the notable operations performed by the terminal. These operations are indicated on the display board by means of indicator lights on the console and transmitted by the organizer telephone device, the inaccessibility of the participants' calls, the track or the terminal operating mode programming, and the track of the tracks by the participants. It can be a command, such as signaling such as occupancy or release. The system shall also send instructions to the organizer by each participant even if the participant does not have the right to speak, and the organizer shall provide a list of call numbers and time intervals for the teleconference at the terminal. It enables consultation and automatic setup of participants' calls to remote conferences from terminals. |
