titleOfInvention | Method for forming fuel electrode for solid electrolyte fuel cell |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Constitution] On one surface of a solid electrolyte plate, particles having ceramic particles whose surfaces are coated with nickel are adhered to form a fuel electrode for a solid electrolyte fuel cell. For example, on one surface of the solid electrolyte plate, a coating solution in which particles of ceramic particles whose surface is coated with nickel is dispersed in an organic binder is applied, dried and then sintered, or on one surface of the solid electrolyte plate. It is preferable to plasma-spray particles whose surfaces are coated with nickel. [Effect] The fuel electrode has excellent electrochemical reaction and conductivity, and can be easily and efficiently incorporated into a fuel cell, in which case it is not damaged or destroyed by thermal stress with other members. |
