(57) [Summary] [Structure] Fat-soluble antioxidants such as BHT, BHA and tocopherols; water-soluble antioxidants such as ascorbate, sulfite, bisulfite and metasulfite; lysine, glycine, ε -Aminocaproic acid, aminoethylsulfonic acid, sodium chondroin sulfate, L-arginine, aspartic acid and the like are used in combination with two or more groups of amino acids to stabilize the aqueous solution of vitamin A solubilized with a nonionic surfactant.
