titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyester fiber having silk-like optical properties |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] The optical refractive index is 1.3 to 2.0, the average primary particle diameter is 5 to 50 mμ, and the average secondary particle diameter in the slurry is 3 to 12 of the average primary particle diameter. A glycol slurry containing double the amount of the particles is added to the reaction system in an arbitrary step before the completion of the polycondensation reaction of the polyester in an amount of 0.01 to 0.40% by weight relative to the obtained polyester, and then obtained. A method for producing a polyester fiber having silk-like optical characteristics, which comprises melt-spinning the obtained polyester. By the method of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently obtain a polyester fiber which has silk-like optical characteristics, that is, a mild glossy feeling and a transparent feeling at the same time and which has no uneven optical characteristics. |
