abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] It is possible to manufacture a light diffusion sheet that is easy to manufacture and has easy control of optical characteristics. [Structure] A roll intaglio having a light-diffusing fine embossed mold formed thereon is rotated, and at least a recess of the roll intaglio is filled with an ionizing radiation curable resin liquid. A contact step 102 of contacting a transparent resin sheet base material traveling in synchronization with the rotation direction of the roll intaglio with the ionizing radiation curable resin liquid; A curing step 103 of irradiating and curing the ionizing radiation curable resin liquid between the roll intaglio plate and the sheet base material while the sheet base material is in contact with the intaglio roll; and an ionizing radiation curable resin liquid. It includes a contacting step 104 for bringing the sheet base material into close contact, and a peeling step 105 for peeling the cured product of the ionizing radiation curable resin liquid and the sheet base material from the roll intaglio.
