titleOfInvention | Substantially pure microorganisms producing monoglyceride lipase |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Transformed E. coli into which the monoglyceride lipase gene has been introduced. E. coli, a monoglyceride lipase gene DNA having a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence of monoglyceride lipase, and a microorganism belonging to the genus Escherichia which is the transformant are cultured to produce monoglyceride lipase. [Effect] Transformed E. coli with introduced monoglyceride lipase gene By using E. coli, a monoglyceride lipase that does not substantially act on diglyceride or triglyceride but acts only on monoglyceride can be mass-produced extremely efficiently. This monoglyceride lipase is useful as a clinical enzyme for measuring lipase activity in serum. |
