abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Objective] By using two kinds of specific organic compounds together as a co-crosslinking agent for the organic peroxide type hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition constituting the tooth rubber and back rubber, it is possible to prevent tooth dents at high temperatures Obtain a toothed belt with excellent performance. [Structure] Tooth rubber 2, back rubber 4, tensile body 5 and tooth cloth 3 A toothed belt consisting of a tooth rubber 2 and a back rubber 4 Is an organic perf which uses N, N'-m-phenylene dimaleimide in combination with one or more selected from the group consisting of higher organic acid esters and metal salts of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid as a co-crosslinking agent. It is composed of an oxide hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition. Since this toothed belt is excellent in heat resistance and tooth-breakage resistance at high temperature and high load, it is useful as a toothed belt for driving a camshaft of an automobile engine which requires particularly high performance and high load. |
