titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of water-soluble resin |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a method for producing a water-soluble resin, which retains its strength for a certain period of time even when it comes into contact with tap water or saline, and then dissolves. [Structure] The resin comprises an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, It is a copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 200,000, which contains a vinyl ester compound such as vinyl acetate and a crosslinkable unsaturated monomer as essential elements, and one of the carboxyl groups in the copolymer. It is obtained by neutralizing a part or all of it with a monovalent alkali. [Effect] The resin according to the present production method can easily control the dissolution time and has a wide time range, and of course tap water can control the dissolution time over a wide range even in water containing a neutral monovalent inorganic salt. |
