[Composition] A fat-soluble substance-containing aqueous liquid containing a fat-soluble substance, lecithin and ethanol, isopropanol or ethanol isopropanol mixed liquid as an essential component, wherein the volume of the ethanol, isopropanol or ethanol isopropanol mixed liquid is 50 V / V of the aqueous liquid. % Or less, when the amount of ethanol is 24 parts by weight or less relative to 1 part by weight of the fat-soluble substance, lecithin is less than 0.1%.
