titleOfInvention Composite fiber with backlight toning effect
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a composite fiber in which excitation light by ultraviolet rays is mixed with a colored portion of a fiber to exhibit a light emission effect (color effect) as if it were a backlight. In a composite fiber composed of at least two kinds of polymers, a polymer (A) in which a substance emitting fluorescence or phosphorescence is blended and is in a non-colored state, and a polymer in a colored state by a pigment or a dye (B) is arranged adjacent to each other, and the polymer (A) is exposed on at least a part of the fiber surface. A composite fiber exhibiting a backlight toning effect.
