abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a molded product made of a polyacetal resin, which is excellent in machinability such as cutting and punching and has excellent properties such as mechanical strength and toughness in a well-balanced manner. [Structure] (A) (a) 99.85 to 85.0% by weight of trioxane, (b) 0.1 to 10% by weight of cyclic ether and / or cyclic formal as a comonomer, and (c) 0.05 to 5% by weight of diglycidyl compound. 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal copolymer obtained by polymerization (B) selected from a nitrogen-containing compound, a fatty acid ester compound and a metal-containing compound consisting of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal hydroxide, an inorganic acid salt or a carboxylic acid salt. Cutting process formed by molding a polyacetal resin composition having a melt index of 0.01 to 5.0, in which 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of one or more kinds of compounds and (C) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a hindered phenol compound are mixed. Molded polyacetal.
