(One example is shown below. [Effect] This cationic compound has a surface-active ability, and a surfactant containing such a compound as a main component is excellent in foaming power and detergency, and also has low irritation, so that it can be used only as a base for washing hair. Instead, it can be provided as a base for body washing.
