abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a biaxially oriented polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate film which is particularly excellent in adhesion to a magnetic recording layer and is useful as a base film of a magnetic recording medium. [Structure] Biaxially oriented polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate film is coated with (A) an acid component of 0 to 85 on at least one side. Mol% is 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid component, 0 to 65 mol% of the glycol component is the bisphenol A ethylene oxide adduct component, and the above ratio (mol%) of the 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid component per acid component and the bisphenol A ethylene oxide per glycol component. The main component is a copolymerized polyester resin and (B) a polyurethane resin, the sum of which is at least 5 (mol%) with the ratio (mol%) of the adduct component, and the weight ratio of the copolymerized polyester resin and the polyurethane resin is 100. : 0 An easily-adhesive polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate film, characterized in that an easily-adhesive thin layer having a thickness of 5:95 is provided. |
