(57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a method for highly sensitive and selective analysis of a small amount of sodium methyldithiocarbamate remaining in vegetables and soil. [Structure] An α-halogen-substituted fatty acid such as methyl bromoacetate, a salt or ester thereof is used to introduce sodium methyldithiocarbamate into a corresponding N-substituted rhodanine derivative, and this is analyzed to obtain sodium methyldithiocarbamate. Carbamate is analyzed quantitatively. |
