abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] At least one selected from 3,3 ', 4,4' benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride 15 to 40 mol%, pyromellitic dianhydride and its derivative 1 Polyamic acid obtained by reacting 0 to 35 mol%, linear diamine 10 to 45 mol%, and flexible diamine 5 to 40 mol% so that the molar amounts of the total acid anhydride compound and the total diamine compound are approximately equal. A tape for TAB comprising an adhesive and a protective layer provided on a polyimide film obtained by dehydrating and ring-closing a copolymer. [Effect] The film has a coefficient of linear expansion close to that of metal or glass, and uses a polyimide film with excellent elastic modulus as the base film, so there is no warp or curl, and the dimensional change during processing is small. It is suitable for high density pattern tape carrier packages. |
