titleOfInvention | Vinyl ether derivative, production method thereof and use thereof |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide a vinyl ether derivative useful as an intermediate for medicines, agricultural chemicals, fragrances, analytical reagents and the like. [Structure] A method for producing a vinyl ether derivative of the general formula [1], which comprises reacting a vinyl ether derivative of the general formula [1] and an alkenylthioether with a lithiating agent, and further reacting with an α, β-unsaturated ketone; A method for producing this unsaturated ketoaldehyde using a ketoaldehyde and a vinyl ether derivative. [Wherein, R 1 is alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, R 2 Is H, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or alkylene together with R 1 , R 3 is aryl, R 4 and R 5 are H, Alkyl, R 6 represents alkyl] Specific examples of the compounds of the general formulas [1] and [4] include 3- (1-phenylthio-3-methoxy-2-propenyl) -cyclohexanone and 3- (2-formyl-ethenyl) -cyclohexanone, respectively. |
