titleOfInvention | Thin film formation method |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A thin film forming method for coating the surface of a plastic sheet or a plastic molded product with an inorganic thin film. The present invention is characterized in that the sol-gel method is carried out by using a catalyst which is excellent in lowering the treatment temperature in order to form an inorganic thin film layer on the surface of a plastic sheet or the like to which high temperature treatment cannot be applied. An organometallic compound or the like is added as a catalyst to an inorganic compound solution prepared by a usual sol-gel method, and this solution is applied to a target plastic. |
