abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A magnetic layer contains, together with magnetic powder, α-alumina having an average particle diameter of 1 μm or less, a fatty acid ester having a melting point of 28 ° C. or less, and a fatty acid ester having a melting point of 38 ° C. or more.
