abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Electrophotographic photosensitizer that suppresses cissing and stains due to poor cleaning and uneven drying and stains due to poor drying, and has cleaning and drying effects almost equivalent to 1,1,1-trichloroethane. A method for cleaning a body substrate is provided. [Structure] Air for removing dust and containing a surfactant in order from the lower stage of a surface cleaning unit that has a plurality of continuous fluid outlets on the inner surface and is provided so as to form a gap on the outside of a conductive substrate. It consists of spraying a cleaning liquid, a rinsing liquid and a drying air.
