abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method for immunologically measuring the amount of a true coagulation fibrinolytic system factor or its related substance and its activity, and a kit used therefor. [Structure] A sample containing a coagulation fibrinolytic system factor or a related substance thereof and an antibody having specificity thereto are reacted under acidic conditions of pH 4 to 6, and the amount of antigen or activity of the reaction product produced is determined by a bioimmunoassay method. Or ELIS Method for measurement by method A, and kit used for this measurement.
