titleOfInvention Amorphous alloy ribbon for transformer core with high magnetic flux density
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Objective] In a Fe-based amorphous alloy having a high saturation magnetization and high Fe content, F having improved amorphous forming ability and soft magnetic characteristics. An e-Si-B-C alloy is provided. [Composition] Composition: (Fe a Si b B c C d ) 100-x Sn A high magnetic flux density, low loss amorphous alloy produced by the single-sided cooling method of x . However, a: 0.80 to 0.86, b: 0. 01-0.12, c: 0.06-0.16 (above atomic ratio a + b + c + d = 1), and x is 0.05-1.0. Atomic% [Effect] Fe-Si-BC containing Sn of the present invention Amorphous alloys have high saturation magnetic flux density and low iron loss. Further, since the amorphous forming ability is high, the thickness can be increased. Therefore, when it is used for an iron core of a power transformer or the like, it is possible to realize downsizing of the iron core and low loss.
