titleOfInvention Phenol resin molding material and molded parts thereof
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] The present invention comprises (A) a phenolic resin and (B) N-hydroxyphenylmaleimide or an N-hydroxyphenylmaleimide / vinyl compound copolymer as essential components, and is used for the entire molding material. N- in (B) above A phenol resin molding material containing 0.1 to 50% by weight of hydroxyphenylmaleimides and a phenol resin molding part formed by molding the same. [Effects] According to the present invention, even if asbestos-free, it has excellent heat resistance, mechanical / electrical properties, strength after hot and cold cycles, and appearance, and good property balance to the same extent as an asbestos-based molding material. It is a thing.
