abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] Impurities such as chloro compounds are easily and reliably removed from siloxanes economically and advantageously to deodorize or remove low-molecular siloxanes. [Structure] Steam is brought into contact with siloxanes to be purified, impurities existing in the siloxanes to be removed are distilled out together with the steam, and separated from the siloxanes to purify the siloxanes.
