titleOfInvention N-Substituted diaminodicarboxylic acid or salt thereof and surfactant comprising the compound
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] An N-substituted diaminodicarboxylic acid represented by the general formula (1) or a salt thereof, and a surfactant comprising the compound. [Chemical 1] (In the formula, R represents a linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms; M 1 and M 2 are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion, or ammonium. An ion, an alkyl ammonium ion having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an alkanol ammonium ion having 2 to 9 carbon atoms or a basic amino acid group; Y represents an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms substituted with a hydroxyl group or a sulfonic acid group. Shown; m is a number from 1 to 9; n is 2 or 3 [Effect] It is useful in a wide range of industrial fields because it has excellent surface activity and has high hard water resistance and high foaming resistance.
