titleOfInvention | Electrophotographic printing plate processing method |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Object] An object of the present invention is to perform etching when an unused etching solution is supplied to an electrophotographic printing original plate using a photoconductive layer containing an organic photoconductive compound for etching treatment. The time can be shortened, etching defects due to residual photoconductive layer components can be prevented, etching defects especially near the edges of the plate can be prevented, and fluctuations in elution properties caused by fluctuations in the activity of the etching solution can be suppressed. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for processing an electrophotographic printing plate. A method for processing an electrophotographic printing plate material according to the present invention is a method of forming a toner image on a plate surface of a photosensitive lithographic printing plate material by an electrophotographic method and then automatically transferring the photosensitive lithographic printing plate material. In the method for producing an electrophotographic printing plate by removing the photoconductive layer in the non-image area after applying and supplying a substantially unused etching liquid on the plate surface, before supplying the etching liquid, a pretreatment liquid on the plate surface. It is characterized by supplying. |
