(57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide a method for vinylating a halogenated organic compound using an aqueous diluent. [Structure] (a) Homogeneous zero-valent palladium catalyst complex, (b) Hydrogen halide acceptor and (c) Water or dilution containing up to 95 volume percent of an organic solvent, for example, an aqueous solution of N, N-dimethylformamide. A method for producing a vinyl unsaturated compound of the following formula, which comprises reacting a halogenated organic compound with a vinyl unsaturated precursor compound in the presence of an agent. (In the above formula, R is aryl, heterocycle, vinyl or benzyl, X is bromine, iodine or rarely chlorine, L is a ligand which is a trivalent organic phosphorus or organic arsenic compound, and the base is Corresponds to a hydrogen halide acceptor.) |
