(57) [Summary] [Objective] The drug is attached to the gastrointestinal mucosa to prolong the residence time in the gastrointestinal tract and more effectively utilize the medicinal component in the living body. A matrix that is solid at room temperature, in which a substance that causes viscosity with water, such as an acrylic acid polymer, is dispersed at least near the surface layer of matrix particles containing a polyglycerin fatty acid ester or lipid and a medicinal component. In the matrix, matrix particles containing a polyglycerol fatty acid ester or lipid and a medicinal component may be coated with a coating agent containing at least a viscous substance. Solid formulations such as fine granules or granules contain the matrix. |
