titleOfInvention Velez needle instrument
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Suppressing the transport of pollutants into the abdominal cavity by gas, Visual confirmation that the pointed end of the needle is in contact with the abdominal outer wall and internal organs, suppression of gas pressure rise in the needle assembly, simplification of removal work of human tissue pieces adhering to the gas injection hole of the tube member, Providing a Veress needle device that can be designed simply, automate the assembly of various parts, and simplify it. [Structure] Housings 71 and 69 which serve as handles, A hollow needle 21 having one end and a pointed other end fixed in the housing, and a pipe 27 slidably held in the needle and having a side wall hole 31 near the closed end and the closed end. The end has a bobbin 29 mounted in the housing. Of the bobbin, which is fitted into the central hole of the bobbin and communicates with the port of the bobbin that receives the miniature cock 17, whereby the fluid flows directly from the miniature cock into the pipe. Bobbin is spring 121 Biased to project the closed end of the tube from the pointed end of the needle so that the sidewall hole of the tube is not blocked. When a force is applied to counteract the biasing force, the tube is retracted within the needle and a portion of the bobbin protrudes from the housing, which is an indication of the tube retracting within the needle.
