titleOfInvention Molded reinforcement cloth for cushion materials
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] It is a continuous integral body, is easily manufactured by a single process, has an accurate shape, and has good adhesion to resin-foamed cushioning materials, making it suitable for foaming molds for cushioning materials. Familiar molding failure is prevented, and since it has shape-retaining property, the number of fixing tools required for the device to the foam molding die is small, and the mounting work is easy. An object of the present invention is to provide a molded reinforcing cloth for cushion material, which has an effect of sufficiently following deformation. A molded reinforcing cloth for cushion material, which is for reinforcing the surface of an inner member of a resin foam, wherein a non-woven fabric having moldability is molded into a shape conforming to the shape of the foam.
