abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To improve the measurement accuracy of the concentration of the measured substance. [Structure] A biosensor 100 includes a sensor element section 104 having a working electrode 105 having an identification layer 109 supporting GOD immobilized on an insulating substrate 103, and a sensing section 11. 7 and a temperature detection unit 130 having a temperature sensor 131 for detecting the temperature. As long as the temperature sensor 131 detects the temperature of urine injected into the biosensor 100 as a temperature close to the body temperature, it is assumed that the urine injection period is set. The sensor output of the sensor element unit 104 over this water injection period is not used for calculating the glucose concentration. On the other hand, when the water injection is completed, the glucose concentration in urine is calculated based on the sensor output of the sensor element unit 104 from that point. |
