(57) [Summary] [Structure] An adhesive system that can be used to bond two substrates, utilizing a resin and a curing substance protected by an integral film polymerized by irradiation energy. A method of making the adhesive system and a method of applying the adhesive system to a fastening member are provided. The adhesive system comprises a hardener capable of polymerizing a resin, an ultraviolet curable film-forming compound having a dimethacrylate, It is composed of a hardener-containing component such as a photopolymerization initiating compound capable of curing a film-forming dimethacrylate by exposure to ultraviolet rays and forming an integral protective film. [Effect] The integral protective film extends the shelf life. The sticking and sealing effect during use is improved. The protective film is not tacky and is easy to handle. |
