abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a water treatment device capable of enlarging a molecular cluster (cluster) of water. [Structure] A main body 3 having a coil 2 is connected to an electronic control unit 6, and by this control unit 6, the drive voltage of the coil 2 is wavy, the upper limit voltage is constant and the lower limit voltage is stepwise increased. The pattern is controlled. From the coil 2 driven by the wave-shaped voltage having such a pattern, the magnetic force corresponding to the voltage pattern is applied to the water to be treated through the container or the like.
