abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method for accurately and simply quantifying the amount of nucleic acid not only in the solid phase but also in the liquid phase. [Constitution] A probe in which nucleotides contained in both ends of a nucleotide chain composed of an intermediate portion and both ends thereof are labeled with an energy donor and an energy acceptor which mutually cause energy transfer is prepared. The method is characterized by performing a hybridization treatment with DNA or the like of a sample and detecting a change in fluorescence emission in a donor or an acceptor due to energy transfer caused when an energy donor is excited, depending on the presence or absence of hybridization with a target DNA or the like. Method for quantifying nucleic acid to be used. |
