titleOfInvention Amplifier circuit
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] According to the present invention, in an amplifier circuit, the cutoff frequency can be further extended as compared with the conventional one, the dynamic range can be further widened, and the frequency characteristic can be further improved. A load driven by an AC signal in an amplifier circuit in which an amplification stage is configured by a differential amplifier circuit including a pair of transistors and a gain is made variable by controlling a ratio of collector currents flowing through the pair of transistors. By setting the resistance and the collector capacitance parasitic to the output end to one, respectively, the high-frequency cutoff frequency can be extended to a higher frequency, and the output dynamic range can be further widened compared to the conventional frequency characteristics. It can be further improved in comparison.
