titleOfInvention Transparent conductive film and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] An aluminum complex in which a chelate ligand is coordinated to aluminum (at least one of an aluminum salt, an aluminum alkoxide, and a hydrolyzate of an aluminum alkoxide, for example, Al (C 6 H 9 O 3 ) (OR) 2 and ultrafine particles of conductive oxide are applied on a substrate and cured to produce a transparent conductive film. [Effect] A complicated apparatus is required at a relatively low temperature. Without it, a transparent conductive film can be manufactured.
