[Structure] Hydrophilic polymer structure and optically active poly-α -When obtaining a block copolymer having an amino acid structural moiety, the removal of the protecting group is carried out using an acid. This results in a structurally uniform block copolymer, which upon binding an anti-cancer agent provides a water-soluble polymeric anti-cancer agent.
