titleOfInvention Optical element molding method and molding apparatus
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] While it is possible to exactly match the central axis of the glass member with the central axis of the molding surface, the glass member and the resin layer, and between the mold member and the resin layer Provided are a molding method and a molding apparatus for an optical element in which peeling does not occur during a period. A resin material filled in a space defined between a molding surface 12b and a surface 30a of the glass member 30 has a predetermined viscosity. A second step of aligning the glass member 30 with respect to the mold means 12 when inside, and a third step of holding the glass member 30 in place while the resin material cures to a predetermined degree of polymerization. And a fourth step of releasing the holding state of the glass member 30 after the resin material is cured to a predetermined degree of polymerization.
