titleOfInvention Porous carrier, preparation using the same, and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] An enzyme having a ability to decompose raw starch is caused to act on starch to make the starch into porous starch granules, and the porous starch granules are used as a porous carrier to convert the target substance into the porous substance. The formulation is manufactured by supporting the carrier in the pores of the carrier. [Effect] A porous carrier having a large storage capacity can be obtained by making a hole in a starch that is safe as a food with an enzyme. Can be controlled freely, and is safe and easy to process.
