abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] It is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic having excellent color development, water repellency and feel. [Composition] A mixture of powders and methylhydrogenpolysiloxane is prepared by directly mixing powders and methylhydrogenpolysiloxane with a mixture of C8 to C14 linear hydrocarbon having one double bond at the end. The weight ratio of chain hydrocarbons is 1 to 15 parts by weight of methyl hydrogen polysiloxane and 0.03 to 0.03 parts of straight chain hydrocarbons per 100 parts by weight of powders. After coating at a ratio of 3 parts by weight, heat treatment is performed at 70 to 120 ° C. for 0.3 to 4 hours and further at 120 to 200 ° C. for 1 to 8 hours to obtain a modified powder. Cosmetics characterized by being blended.
